Mechanical Ratchet Counter

Repetitive motion of about 45° result to one count, reset type and no-reset type are available and 5-digits and 4-digits are available for each type. It is a small counter for places with small mounting area.

In contrast with general mechanical counter which adopted pinion type, we adopted ratchet type which passed the product test of 600 counts per minute to endure severe usage conditions.

In addition, we also help to customize specifications to satisfy the users’ usage.

Mechanical Ratchet Counter (Reset type)

There are 2 types, 5-digit and 4-digit type. Repetitive motion of about 45 ° results to one count. 5-digit type can count up to 99999 while 4-digit type can count up to 9999, you can reset it back to 0 with the reset knob on the side. Handle-lever is located on the right/left side which is top-going/ top-coming. There are 4 mounting holes on the base for M3 screws. It can count up to a maximum of 600 counts per minute.
Mainly used in press machine and circuit breaker etc.

No reset type Mechanical Ratchet Counter

※ The type cannot be reset to 0 as there is no reset knob

In order to prevent the count number to get reset back to 0 by a third party, this type has no reset knob and cannot be reset. There are 2 types, 4-digit and 5-digit type, repetitive motion of about 45° will result to one count. 5-digit type can count up to 99999 and 4-digit type can count up to 9999. Handle-lever on the right/left side with top-going/top-coming direction of movement.
There are 4 mounting holes on the base for M3 screws. It can count up to a maximum of 600 counts per minute and is used mainly in circuit breaker, etc.
