Production philosophy
For Tally Counter and Mechanical Counter to count continuously and accurately, it requires “Accuracy” and “Durability”. Therefore, only specifications that passed the rigorous product testing on “Stainless Steel Tally Counter”, “Mechanical Ratchet Counter”, and “Mechanical Revolution Counter” are adopted.
We use domestic components which meet the criteria of the RoHS Directive, and use Duracon instead of ABS especially for internal mechanism which require abrasion-resistance resin components.
Each process to assemble and inspect these components are held at our main plant and all finished products go through inspections with the aim to create a high “Accuracy” and “durability” “Made in Japan” products.
In addition, we are adopting a manufacturing system to meet users’ requirements such as small lot, quick delivery, and special specifications.
